Check out these three easy ways to register for the race.
Volunteer
If you are not interested in participating in the race or walk but would like to contribute to the event we are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to make the Fourth Annual event a great one. 1. Register Securely Online [ by clicking here ]
Our official online registration is securely set up on active.com to make it convenient for our registrants.
Registrants that sign up in advance will save money as registration fees increase on registration day.
2. Register by mail [ Entry Form ]
Download and mail in the entry form. Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 4, 2012.
Save $5 off registration fees by registering online!
3. On Site, Packet Pick-up and Race Day Registration
Registration will be held on-site during packet pick-up on May 11th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and on
race day, May 12th, from 7:30-8:30AM. T-shirts and race bags are only guaranteed for participants that
register before May 11th.

Time: 7:30 to 8:30 am – Race Day Registration
8:30 am – Warm Up
8:45 am – Opening Ceremonies
9:00 am – 5K run
10:00 am – 1 mile fun run/walk
8:00 am to 12:00 pm – Race Day Festivities & Spinal Health Fair
Registration Fees:

$25 - Early Registration by March 1st
$30 - Registration by April 1st
$35 - Registration by May 10th at 5pm (Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 4th)
$35 - May 11th Packet Pick-Up Registration (8 am to 7 pm) AND Race Day Registration(Children 10 & under are free for the 1 mile fun run/walk but must be registered!)
