- Parking is available across the street on Sunset Hills in the commuter lot. Please park in this designated area to minimize congestion in the surrounding business parking lots. Signs will be posted on race day to direct you to the appropriate parking areas within close proximity.
- In the 1 mile fun run/walk, children 10 & under are free. The first 25 children to cross the finish line will receive a comemorative medal.
- Online registration ends on Thursday, May 10th at 5 p.m.
- No animals (except service dogs), roller skates, bicycles, scooters and skateboards are allowed.
- To order event brochures for your team members, for your office, or to distribute in your area, email us with your name, mailing address and quantity requested.
- Fundraise to “Support the Spine” Help us in our mission to improve spinal health care by soliciting donations in your name from family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Please direct all contributions to ww.spinerf.org/donate (please email race@spinerf.org for alternate options).
Where do I park?
Parking is available across the street on Sunset Hills in the Commuter Lot. Please park in this designated area to minimize congestion in the surrounding business parking lots. Signs will be posted on race day to direct you to the appropriate parking areas. CLICK HERE FOR A PRINTABLE MAP.

What time does the event start?
The Spinal Health Fair begins at 8:00 A.M. Opening ceremonies begin at 8:45 A.M. The 5K race will start promptly at 9:00 A.M. The 1 mile fun run/walk will start at 10:00 A.M.
What if it rains on Race Day?
The 5K race and 1 mile fun run/walk will take place, rain or shine!
When can I pick up my prizes?
5K race cash will be awarded on race day. You must be present to win the door prizes.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Yes, strollers and wheelchairs are allowed and welcomed!
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, but animals (except service dogs) are not permitted.
Can I use a skateboard or other vehicle?
To respect the safety of all of our participants roller skates, bicycles, scooters and skateboards are not allowed.
Do I need to fundraise to participate in the run/walk?
No, however you will need to pay an entry fee to participate in the event. In the 1 mile fun run/walk, children 10 & under are free.
Online Entry Fees are:
$20 – Early Registration by March 1st
$25 – Registration by April 1st
$30 – Registration by May 10th at 5p.m. (Mailed entries must be postmarked by May 5th)
$35 – Late Registration, May 11th (Packet Pick-up) and May 12th (Race Day)*****An additional $5 administrative fee will be assessed to all mailed in registration entries****
What is the age limit for children to walk for free?
In the 1 mile fun race/walk children 10 & under are free (but must be registered).
Please note: To participate in the 5K race, children 18 and under must pay an entry fee. In addition, a registration form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.
Can I collect sponsorship/fundraising money in cash or checks?
Please direct all contributions to ww.spinerf.org/donate (please email race@spinerf.org for alternate options, including cash and/or checks).
