The "We've Got Your Back" Race for Spinal Health is an educational event held across the country to increase spinal health awareness. When you participate in this event, you are raising funds that directly contribute to life changing research and educational programs.

Each event consists of a timed race, a fun run/walk, and a spinal health and sponsor fair. This event also celebrates the accomplishments of Spinal Champions – those who have overcome back or neck pain through either non-operative or surgical treatments to regain their lives.
