Ten New Year's Resolutions for a Healthy Back

1. I resolve to do the exercises provided by my physical therapist.
2. I resolve to bend my knees instead of my back.
3. I resolve to think twice and move once.
4. I resolve to let someone else move the piano, lift the bureau, etc.
5. I resolve to sit and stand up straight!
6. I resolve to carry groceries in three trips instead of one.
7. I resolve to finally lose the weight that my doctor recommended.
8. I resolve to take the recommended amount of calcium my bones need.
9. I resolve to warm up before exercise, and to stretch afterward.
10. I resolve to tell somebody how much my back treatment helped me.
